Hair must be clean, fully detangled, and ready to braid. If your hair is excessively tangled, matted, or unable to be braided, I reserve the right to refuse service. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will require 50% of the service total due in FULL. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged the FULL service amount.

Please arrive on time. Appointments more than 15 minutes late will be cancelled, and the deposit will be forfeited. NO CALL/NO SHOW will be charged the full service amount.

Services cannot be changed once booked. Service swaps are not permitted, even if the appointment is rescheduled.
